   • To initiate a return, please take photos of the receipt and the damaged or defective part of the product.
   • Send these photos along with your return request to ignito@ignito.parts or our Whatsapp.
   • We will review your request and confirm if it meets the return conditions.
   • If approved, return the item with its original packaging, accessories, free gifts, and purchase receipt to the provided address.

3. Return Shipping

   • Free return shipping is provided only for incorrectly shipped products.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

4. Refunds and Return Approval

   • All return and refund requests are subject to approval by TF Auto Supply SDN BHD.
   • We will assess the returned item’s condition before processing your refund or exchange.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

   • Items not meeting the above criteria (e.g., opened, used, or returned after seven (7) days) are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
