• Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2-3 days in West Malaysia and 4-5 days in East Malaysia, depending on your location. While we strive to deliver products promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times may also be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges
• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
